Okay, this week we tried not to bore you to death with business talk about Yahoo and Microsoft. Instead we talked about Schmap and how they have used the Creative Commons License, some hustle, and the kindness of others to create a business model. We’ve mentioned Schmap before, but this past week Sandra created a new group, I Got Schmapped! because when she searched for people who were Schmapped, she found over 5,000 photos. That’s a lot of invites, and none of these people make any money from the fine folks at Schmap. I have a problem with it, but I guess there’s many people who don’t!
Our question of the week, which you can answer on the Photo Share Podcast Flickr group or by calling our comment line, is “What is the price limit you spend on a pro flickr account?” Sandra just re-upped her account for $25 and I predicted that Flickr would increase its price this year.
